NMI Technology is dedicated to improving and security the communities in which we live and work. Our First 10 Minutes Free policy allows us to extend professional tech support to home and business users without receiving a bill.

We want to remove the cost-barrier to receiving professional tech support for quick questions. With the recent increase in phishing attempts and other cyber attacks, we often hear from clients and potential clients only after they have fallen victim to a scam. 

This is just one way for us to help fight scammers and protect members of our community.

Yes! If your question or tech issue takes less than 10 minutes of our technician’s time, you won’t pay.

It’s simple! Just call our office and open a service request. Any time spent with our office staff does not count toward your 10 minutes. Our office staff may attempt to contact a technician or schedule an appointment if all of our techs are busy at the moment. 

If your request takes longer than 10 minutes, you will be charged according to our normal billable rates. 

Unfortunately we cannot send a technician to your location at no cost. Our phone or remote support options are available, you can come to our office or we can come to your location at our normal billable rates.
Absolutely! Our normal office hours are Monday & Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm. Appointments are recommended to ensure a technician is available to assist when you are here.
If your issue or question takes longer than 10 minutes, you will be charged based on our current hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
We encourage our clients, both new and existing, to contact us to review suspicious e-mails, texts or popup messages before calling the number in the message.

We also can make recomendations on computer purchases and answer general tech questions.
